Eric delivered two homemade iced mochas to a couple of our regulars today 🙂

For these drinks I took our Steadfast Honduras - Medium Roast (one of our organic coffees) and brewed double shots of espresso. Then mixed the prepared espresso with homemade chocolate sauce, added ice, and topped with milk! 😋
A seriously good treat for these hot late summer days.

We started making our own dog food about 5 years ago and it’s all our dogs have had since!

This Saturday (Sept 5) we will sell portions of our (human grade) dog food as a snacks! Limited quantities available. Celina Farmers' Market is having a special themed event all about dogs!

Our strawberries are still producing so we’re celebrating with a Strawberry Nutella Croissant Featured item tomorrow!

We will also have Marinara (🍅& 🌿are Earth Wizardz grown), Pesto, and Garlic Sourdough Croutons on our Featured (grab n’ go) menu too!

We will be at Celina Farmers' Market for the next 2 weeks! (Thank you 5th Saturday)

And for the next 2 weeks, we are having an end of summer sale on our veggie and chicken broth.

We welcomed a sweet gift from Mother Nature today…

✨at 5 lbs 14.4 oz (5.9 lbs) and 14 inches

…probably the largest sunflower 🌻 head we’ve grown yet!

💜Thank you to everyone who came out to Sidney Farmers Market today! We sold out of everything on our made-to-order food menu but still had plenty of grab n’ go shopping menu items!

Although we know it can be disappointing if we don’t have the item you want, selling out by the end of the event is good for our business. Why? Everything on our menu is fresh.

ℹ️ Many mobile food operators are “freezer to fryer” or offer more stable items such as drinks… so with our business model, sold out days means we broke even (yeah!) and slow days hurt a little more (comparatively). This is also part of the reason why we can’t say yes to every event invite we receive.

Our menu is quite large so we run out of your first choice, there’s a good chance we have something else that you will enjoy 😊

Featured menu for tomorrow, Saturday Aug 15th!

These are ALL grab n’ go grocery shopping items which means served in reusable deli containers and stored cold. These Featured items are *in addition* to our regular menu so the bus is packed full!

We love this time of year when there is just so much local produce available! Featured menu includes… tomatillos, cherry tomatoes, garlic & jalapeños from Grumpy Goat Experiment , sourdough from Celtic Crust Bakery, and basil + more tomatoes from the Wizardz!

We will be at The Great Sidney Farmer's Market 8-12 tomorrow to make up for missing last week. We may be expecting more storms tomorrow but the morning forecast currently looks clear ⛅️

We missed last week unexpectedly but good news… we’ll be at The Great Sidney Farmer's Market back-to-back weeks (Sat Aug 15 & Aug 22)!

Also, we now have bags of whole bean coffee,“Second Breakfast”, available for purchase courtesy of local roaster Steadfast Coffee Roasters ☕️
