Earth Wizardz We moved from Charleston, SC to Ohio in 2024 and are building a market farm! Later that year, we bought a 1984 school bus converted into kitchen.

We’re part farm/grocer/restaurant that moves! Bringing fresh, local goodness to west/central Ohio area!

A common question we get is, “what is herb crema”? Our answer is typically, “it’s similar to ranch… but BETTER”. We use different ingredients and pack our 64 oz blender *full* of fresh cilantro, dill, and parsley!

You can find it on our Breakfast Sandwich, Roasted Potatoes, and of course our grab n’ go menu.

This week we’ve had herb crema as a dressing on salads, brought it to friends’ house for pizza, used it as a sauce for scrambled eggs, made herb crema coleslaw, and as a chip dip! It’s a delicious & versatile kitchen staple.

This week, we will be at Sidney Farmers Market ➡️Saturday June 13 from 8-12!

*We say “get it while you can”… we have a season change in June! That means 3 more weeks of our spring menu, before we shift to the summer menu.

Tomorrow we will have Garlic Sourdough Croutons available!

These are tossed in garlic olive oil with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme. Once you have them, it’s hard to use store bought croutons!

We will have plenty of options on our Grocery grab n’ go menu to build delicious salads through the week - lettuce, spinach, green onion, egg salad, chicken salad, herb crema, and now croutons! There are other produce vendors to check out to build your own salad:

We are currently using our own spinach, arugula, cilantro and green onion with the food bus menu. And… our greens are doing great so we’re expecting to have bags/bunches (of everything pictured) available for purchase at events for the next couple weeks!

We will be set up at Minster Bank New Bremen tomorrow (Thursday, May 28) from 10-2 and Celina Farmers' Market Saturday (May 30) 9-12! We are also a 2026 registered partner for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) for those who qualify🙂

Remember us when planning your meals each week! Our Grocery Grab n’ Go menu has kitchen staples such as veggie and chicken bone broth at a great price. Even when it’s not soup season, incorporating broth is a very easy way to adds loads of flavor and extra nutrition to your meal!

Our current list of local and small farm suppliers ☝️

There’s a lot of marketing out there that loosely uses blanket positive words such as “local”, “organic”, “all natural”. We see right through these techniques, but know it’s difficult for many consumers to catch greenwashing.

Our supplier list gives much deserved credit to these talented producers! It also aims for better food transparency by:

🥖listing the specific item… so you can see it’s not just like one ingredient on the entire menu that’s sourced locally/certified organic

🌎location… what’s sourcing local really mean? Are there parameters? We think giving you the location eliminates that ambiguity

When you buy from us you are not just supporting our business - the impact is multiplied down the line for these amazing small business, growers, & artisans as well!

Even though it’s cold out and most of us have put the garden to rest for the winter, we think it’s never too early to start dreaming of next year! We have seeds for the garden again but we will be bringing limited varieties with us to the Celina Farmers' Market .

We will also be bringing some prefilled seed jars to the Farmers Market. These are 4 oz. swing top glass jars and equivalent to about 8 paper seed packets. These make cute gifts!
