Due to expected rain and high winds, the Waltham Recreation Department does not feel is safe to operate rides and inflatables. For the safety of all event visitors and the recreation amenities, the Springtacular Event has been cancelled.

FYI - The following parking lots will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th for line painting:

• Lazazzero Playground - 7 Shore Road
• McKenna Playground - 136 Elm St
• Veterans Field - 385 Forest St

These lots will be closed from the morning through early afternoon. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
