The Reaper's Dungeon

The Reaper's Dungeon The Reaper's Dungeon is a Haunted Trail attraction in Walterboro, SC. school in 2014, and then to the Colleton Co. Recreation Complex in 2018.

The Reaper's Dungeon started at the old Sheriff's Office in Walterboro in 2010, and moved to the old Cottageville Elem.

It is with great sadness to hear of the passing our longtime friend, Scott "Insane" Lane. For many years, Scott came out for a weekend in October, as a special guest...signing autographs and taking selfies with his fans and hanging out with our volunteers. He was a fellow "Reaper" to us. His encouraging words, kindness and awesome personality spoke volumes to us all. Scott, thanks for everything brother. We love and will greatly miss you.

​The Reaper is calling... and Reaper’s Dungeon Haunted Trail is officially recruiting for our October 2026 season!
​We are looking for passionate, high-energy individuals to join our volunteer family. If you have a passion for Halloween, haunting, and community, we want you!
​Who We Need:
​🧟 Haunt Actors & Volunteers: Bring the terror to life and create unforgettable scares.
​🎨 Makeup Artists: Help us transform normal faces into absolute nightmares (all skill levels welcome! please bring photo references of work if possible).
- We are also looking for Builders, help us transform and bring creative sets to life, use of basic power tools not necessary! We can teach you!

​Please note: All positions are on a volunteer basis.
