Texture of Dreams is an eCommerce company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Product photography, product images and description page production.
- Create and update marketing images.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual: English and Mandarin
- Must be proficient in Photoshop.
- Experience in e-commerce graphic design is preferred.
- Must have basic photography skills and proficiency in graphic design related software.
- Easily adaptable in a fast paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship or work authorization.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
- Well organized with attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:
A two-year college or trade school degree in graphic art and design preferred.

- Deliver superior customer service through phone and email.
- Process customer orders and inquiries.
- Process return and all related documents.
- Generates all shipping labels for customers' orders.
- Ensures excellent customer service by identifying and resolving customer related issues in accordance with company policies.
- Perform general office administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual: English and Mandarin
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Easily adaptable in a fast paced environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship or work authorization
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
