Hey guys I just want to take the time to make this post because I always see these other salon posts about clients not paying deposits and clients not doing this or that, and some are cute ones that are funny but I don’t feel like I see “bragging posts” enough. I know I have only touched on some of this here and there. But I just want to brag on yall first and foremost.
We haven’t always required deposits, and I just want to brag that all of our amazing clients have been so understanding and agreeable to this request. While it was hurting us to not request it, it also hurt our hearts to make that a requirement 2 years ago, but from a business standpoint, it is necessary. However, I just have to say we’ve been BLESSED with such an amazing clientele that I don’t think we’ve had much of a problem IF ANY the whole time since we’ve made this change. Definitely haven’t had anyone complain! And as I watched these videos and was thinking about all of this, I had the thought “I don’t feel like many businesses could say the same”!
But it goes DEEPER than that… it’s not just about deposits. Yall bring us drinks, yall play games with our kids when they are there, yall make our days brighter, yall share with other people who you go to and help support our business past our service with you. You make beautiful recommendation posts talking about how great your experience was, ALL on your own doing! No one asked but no one needed to. You just did. You’ve made our salon shop feel more like a home. Y’all make us laugh, and cry (good tears), and give hugs and even ask if we are okay with hugs. We share so much about our lives and we really connect. (And sometimes we have clients who like the relaxing feeling of their hair being done more so in silence, and that’s okay too)! We get each other and that’s so beautiful!
So I just wanted to tell you ALL how much we appreciate your understanding, your loyalty, your trust in us to give y’all the best services possible, how you always make our days a blast, for all of those that check on us when the weather is bad (and they are even a whole state away)! I mean yall are so wonderful and words can NOT express how appreciated and cared about you all are. I really don’t think yall quite understand how much we care so deeply for your experience, your well being, your happiness, and helping you feel your best self, leaving with a positive vibe.
So just know, us girls at Loc ‘N Shop absolutely adore you all and we only hope our passion for what we do speaks to that!! ♥️😁
