Studio 9 Hudson Valley's Pole Dancing and Aerial Arts studio since 2009 Studio 9 is a three-location fitness facility with certified and extensively trained instructors.

Studio 9 focuses on getting you to feel stronger, sexier, more confident and happier in YOUR body! It is the only place in the Hudson Valley where you can benefit from instructors with 10 years of pole training experience and developed safety techniques. Within this safe and professional environment, you will be able to focus on developing your body and strength to meet your goals! But here we are

more than just fitness and pole and sweat, student and instructor – we are family! Our primary objective is to empower and strengthen women (and men) through the art of pole and aerial arts. When you join Studio 9, you join a sisterhood that will be there for you both on and off the pole!
