Every painting I do for someone is special to me in its own unique way. It’s like I give a small piece of myself away with every work of art.

However, these two paintings I’ve been working on are especially meaningful to me. I was asked to create these pieces in remembrance of someone who happened to be a very dear friend of mine, and what better way to honor her than to create something that her family can cherish for years to come?
While working on these paintings, I couldn’t help but reflect on all of the wonderful qualities that Lacey had, and the memories we shared. I pray that when her family members look at these paintings, they are able to do the same💜
