Folks often ask how Whodunit works, what we have planned, etc. So we thought we’d pull back the curtain!

When we say that we don’t plan in advance, we mean it! We have no idea what the relationships, plot, and dialogue will be. We don’t know who will be the victim until they head backstage to be murdered.

We have a stage manager backstage to film the murder scene. The murder gets recreated in a flashback in Act 2, so the victim has to watch back the video and memorize the lines and blocking that they just improvised! The stage management team writes the lines that they improvised on a paper and post it backstage.

The rest of the cast watch the video during intermission in case they end up being the murderer so that they know what the basic movements are.

Last week Bathory Bedlam was murdered by Ilya Razumovsky with the audience’s weapon of choice - a feather boa! The murder is all done is in shadow play this year, and it looks incredible.

Join us on Saturday at 7 pm to see what happens this week! Every show is totally different, so you can see it again and again.
