Winterpast Farm A ten acre animal and child sanctuary where humans can interact with animals and nature. A place to have a birthday party or a bonfire when you turn 50 (or 5!).

A place Boy Scouts can launch a rocket or camp out and get fresh eggs from the barn in the morning. A place to scatter the ashes of your dead pet. Farmer Mary worked with friends this morning fencing a new small dog area at 🌲Forest Dog Private Playground at Winterpast Farm in Wake Forest NC. The dogs were all great supervisors.🙂

Old CHARLIE sometimes forgets to come out of the forest 🌳 up to the house to sleep. Farmer Mary finds him some nights way out back checking the fenceline as he has done for over 16 years at Winterpast Farm in Wake Forest NC. 🌙🌲🌙🌲🌙🌲🌙🌲
CHARLIE has been a very faithful self appointed Head of Security and Fence Patrol at Winterpast since Farmer Mary adopted him from Wake County Animal Control. Have YOU met old CHARLIE?🥰💤

🫐Farmer Mary's second year of growing blueberries at Winterpast Farm is going very well. 🫐Each variety is unique with some fruiting early, some with huge berries, some with small. 🫐The plants are protected with metal cages from all the dogs who visit our private dog park and with nets to keep the birds from stealing the ripe berries. 🫐🥰Anyone else love blueberries?
