The schedule for this week:

Monday- cardio drum 5:30
Tuesday- belly dance 6pm
Friday - twerk 7pm

This is your last chance to try these classes at Encore Studio as the doors are closing.

As hard as that is to decide, it’s what I have to do. I’ve appreciated the support from those that have supported me in this attempt.

Belly dance classes will not go away I just have to find a space to offer them but in the meantime I can come to you!

Cardio drum will continue at a different location as well as twerk. Follow recreo therapy for cardio drum classes, Ziva Azul for belly dance classes and NiNi Twerk Shop for details.
