Well, it’s official. We will be closed the entire weekend. It will be Monday, at the earliest, to get the new server here. We have contacted our booker and requested another weekend of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. We normally receive confirmation of a film Monday afternoon. Stay tuned. 🍿

Unfortunately, the server did not arrive as scheduled. Wagner Theater will be closed this weekend (August 14-16). There is a very slight possibility of getting the server late on Saturday and having a Sunday showing. We will keep everyone posted. Thank you once again for your support and your patience.

Update on our equipment issues. On July 31st, we could not connect with our server. It was determined the operating service board was toast. We were able to play the movie that night, but it malfunctioned on Saturday. After replacing the OS board, the colors were still not right. It was either the IP board or the server. Hoping the board was the issue, we headed to Omaha for a replacement on Thursday (Aug 6th). That didn’t work. We then ordered a server from Texas or California. None were available in the states, so ordered one from Belgium no less, with the hopes it would be here on Tuesday (Aug 11). Nope. Wednesday we were told it would be thirty days out, due to a backlog. So, yesterday we placed an order for a different brand which is available in the US. With fingers crossed, we are hoping it will be in Omaha tomorrow and installed in Wagner later in the afternoon. If all goes according to plan, we will be open Friday night. Please check back to be sure.

Due to ongoing technical issues with our projector, Wagner Theater will be closed this weekend (August 7-9). We will still have Spider-Man next weekend (August 14-16) at regular show times.

Reminder that there is NO showing today (August 2) due to technical difficulties. There is an event happening at the theater's party room today if you see cars parked out front.
