Behind every production, workshop, and community event is a dedicated group working behind the scenes to help guide our mission forward.
That group is our Board of Directors.
They play a vital role in supporting the arts, strengthening our organization, and ensuring that creativity continues in our small community.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, talents, and passion these individuals have chosen to share. Their willingness to serve means the world to us, and we are excited for the ideas, leadership, and enthusiasm they bring to the table.

Last night was pure magic.

To everyone who attended our Murder Mystery Dinner — THANK YOU. The costumes were on point! This crowd really understood the assignment! The audience participation and commitment were priceless!

What started as an idea became a room full of energy, connection, nostalgia, and community. And judging by the messages we woke up to this morning…y’all are already asking for the next one!!

We are incredibly grateful to our Director for his vision and delivery, and to every guest, volunteer, actor, & supporter who helped make the evening such a massive success for Ansonia Theatre. Thank you to Jarman & Co, Salon Meraki, and Vintage Dandelion. A special thank you to First United Methodist Church of Wadesboro for graciously allowing us to use your beautiful space.

This summer, we’re taking a walk down memory lane through some of the unforgettable shows that have graced the Ansonia stage over the years!

Campers will explore:
🎶 Music from past productions
🎭 Monologues & scenes from favorite shows
🌟 Character work & performance skills
🎤 Stage confidence & creativity
🎬 A behind-the-scenes look at theatre magic

From heartfelt moments to big Broadway energy, campers will experience the joy of storytelling while celebrating the history of community theatre at the Ansonia.

Whether your child is a seasoned performer or brand new to the stage, this camp is designed to encourage creativity, confidence, and FUN in a welcoming environment.
