We know some of you REALLY want the details. Marching band requires precision, after all. And you're in luck! Here is the detailed step off schedule for the 2026 Lake Waconia Band Festival.

"Step Off" is the time each band begins their turn in the parade, performing at three stops along the parade route as marked by red stars on the map available on our website and social channels.
