The Brazos Theatre was founded in 2013 by a group of like-minded theatre artists looking to create new performing opportunities in Waco. Headed by Beth Richards, the Brazos Theatre offers a variety of live performance programming from dinner theatre shows to staged readings and monthly improv comedy. Spencer Sileo is an up and coming stand up comedian with a unique perspective and sense of humor. Originally from Texas, Spencer has spent several years in New York City performing in clubs every night and has developed a following online with over a million views of his stand-up across different platforms.

Texas comedian Nikey will be making his first appearance in a Brazos Theatre Stand Up Comedy Show! He'll be hosting out show at the BackPACC at the The Performing Arts Community Center this Saturday night at 8:00. Grab your seats now at www.brazostheatre.com!

Nikey is a stand up comedian out of Dallas, TX. He started in 2021 at 20 years old in Amarillo, Texas, driving two hours, three days a week to fulfill his desire to perform. He pokes fun at everything from fairy tales to his own turbulent experiences.

Nikey has performed all across Texas and leaves no part of his life off limits. He will have you laughing at all of it... The good, the bad, and the stupid!

Y'all are not gonna want to miss this!! Shiva Ary is ready to headline our next Stand Up Comedy Show on Saturday, May 16th! We LOVE having Shiva, because he never fails to bring the laughs.

Our May show is being hosted by the new event space at the Performing Arts Community Center in downtown Waco (The BackPACC!). It's at 924 Austin Ave. Just enter the door to the left of the main entrance (look for the Brazos Theatre sign!).

Shiva is a stand up comedian who is originally from Dallas, TX. For the past decade he's worked all the major clubs in Dallas/Ft. Worth and has also worked major clubs in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma.

He's preformed at The Comedy Store and Laugh Factory in L.A. He's opened for Luis J. Gomez, Theo Von, Doug Stanhope, Hans Kim, Jordan Jensen and many more! He was also on Kill Tony's New Year's Eve Arena Show.

He has a dark yet silly personality so jokes come from any direction. He talks about his past with addiction and being a son to immigrants. He is definitely a comic worth seeing!
