The Brazos Theatre was founded in 2013 by a group of like-minded theatre artists looking to create new performing opportunities in Waco. Headed by Beth Richards, the Brazos Theatre offers a variety of live performance programming from dinner theatre shows to staged readings and monthly improv comedy. Tonight we welcome back Kerry Smith to Brazos Theatre's Stand Up Comedy in Waco! It'll be a great night of comedy at Cultivate Waco's new location in downtown Waco! Kerry Smith is a stand up comedian known for her unapologetic and irreverent humor. Kerry’s performance can be described as sardonic, self deprecating, and highly energetic.

Known primarily for bringing each joke and character to life with a menagerie of voices and physicality that leaves audiences drenched in sweat… hers, not theirs.

Thankfully comedy is generally a cold and dark place. Kerry Smith has performed stand up comedy across the country and has been featured on several comedy podcasts & short films.

Arun Rama is an Indian comedian based in Dallas whose stand-up blends sharp cultural insight with understated, clever punchlines.

His material explores the absurdities of modern life, dating, and family expectations with a perspective that’s both smart and relatable.

As seen on CW33, Arun was the runner-up in the Purvis Wilson Funniest Stand-Up in Dallas Competition (2023) and was named Best of Fest at the Plano Comedy Festival (2024 & 2025).

Spencer Sileo is an up and coming stand up comedian with a unique perspective and sense of humor.
