This year is proving that single-player games are in a much stronger position than multiplayer ones.

Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, and Crimson Desert are all getting excellent user scores

Meanwhile Marathon and Highguard, arguably the most high-profile multiplayer releases, have both struggled badly.

This game was crazy good for a movie-tie in

Should The Warriors get a remaster? Honestly, it’s long overdue. Developed by Rockstar Games in 2005, it delivered one of the most unique gang-based experiences ever made.

The PS2 era proved that great gameplay beats everything. Even today, the combat, atmosphere, and storytelling still hold up better than many modern titles.

Bring this back with today’s graphics, and it won’t just be nostalgia—it might actually outshine a lot of current games.
