I love our little community!

Our organization is a proud recipient of a generous grant from the Small Towns Big Dreams Foundation. Proceeds of this grant will help replace the current older and unsafe batting cage, while at the same time relocating the cage to a new location that fits within our long-term facilities planning. Velva Youth Baseball has about 125 participants each summer from Velva and the surrounding areas. Every participant, including members of the Velva Youth Fastpitch and Velva-Drake/Anamoose Aggies Fastpitch Softball team, will benefit from this new and safer batting cage! We are honored and humbled to partner with the Small Towns Big Dreams Foundation who are no strangers to supporting youth activities and enrichment in the surrounding areas!
