Night City Arcade is looking for a few volunteers to come and work in our arcade during Anime Magic! 2026 during the weekend of August 21st - 23rd.

Ideally we're looking for up to four people to work all three event days. Two people in the AM and two people in the PM. Each person would work an 8 hour shift in either AM or PM Friday/Saturday shifts & roughly a 6 hour shift on Sunday.

Perks include free badges for upcoming Anime Magic! events.

One 8 hour shift on one day = One single day badge of choice to either Anime Magic! INK'D - 2026 or Anime Magic! 2027.

Three 8 hour shifts (work the entire event, either AM or PM) = One 3 day badge of choice to either Anime Magic! INK'D - 2026 or Anime Magic! 2027.

The arcade is a fast paced and fun environment where you would be interacting with attendees of the convention throughout the weekend and would be communicating with the owners of the arcade to address any issues with arcade cabinets, to sell and manage tokens using a point of sale system, and to keep an eye on arcade assets.

GET READY TO STEP, ANIME MAGIC!

Night City Arcade will be hosting a Dance Dance Revolution A3 Expert tournament for our friends at Anime Magic! on Friday, August 22nd at 7:30PM! The tournament will be located in the Night City Arcade gaming room, (Grand Ballroom ABC).

This tournament is available to all 3-Day and Friday single day Anime Magic! 2026 badge holders. This will be a single elimination event with the top 3 winners being awarded prizes.

I'm always impressed by the serious Wacca players. They come in with their soft cloth, Michael Jackson gloves and do smooth criminal activities in competition. Sha'mon down and see us at our next event to play it and get on their level.

There are a lot of things that go into making an arcade work. Whether its in a physical location or on the road at a convention or private event, ultimately we do it to entertain people.
