Finished our SNOW WHITE Drama Camp last Friday and we're heading in to week 2 of PINOCCHIO. During this time the strawberry's at our house needed to be harvested along with the Apricots. Doug made a delicious, Sugar Free, Strawberry Pie and we made 25 jars of Apricot Jam and had enough left over to give to Jamie, who made my camp staff a wonderful, Sugar Free, Apricot Pie. It's been a busy three weeks!

Today we closed I HATE HAMLET at Vista's Broadway Theater. I had such a good time with these crazy talented people and we had a TON of new patrons come through our doors because of the recommendations from our regular patrons who LOVED the show. I am so excited to open MOONLIGHT AND MAGNOLIAS on May 23rd. Our regular and new patrons are going to love this show.

Our dear friend, Amanda Everett's Grandmother passed away and when they were cleaning out her house they found all of this Tupperware. She got a hold of us and asked if we wanted it since our September show - SEALED FOR FRESHNESS - is all about a Tupperware party gone bad. She said she had a lot but we had NO IDEA there was this much. To give you perspective - Doug is sitting on the floor! So, if you come to see that show you may win a piece of Tupperware in the Opportunity Drawing!

As is tradition at the Broadway Theater, we always do some sort of 'Easter Thing' if a show falls over Easter Weekend. This year was no exception. We hid personalized Easter Baskets for each of the cast members of 'I Hate Hamlet' in the lobby and they had to find them. Look at the excitement on these kiddos faces!

Late to posting.
This is the photo from our Cast Dinner at the Broadway Theater on Sunday with the I HAMLET cast. Dinner was so good! All the side dishes everyone brought were yummy. I can't wait for people to see this show. I am so proud of the work this cast has put into it.

No, you are not looking at a throwback photo to Thanksgiving. Doug just took this beauty out of the oven because it is going to be the centerpiece of our traditional cast dinner at the Broadway Theater on Sunday. The I HATE HAMLET cast gets to experience his AMAZING turkey and stuffing. Everyone brings something to dinner and we all sit and talk and laugh. Can't wait till tomorrow! Of course, I will be posting photos.
