Get ready for some four-legged fun! 🐶🎉

Join us Saturday, August 29th at 4:00 PM at the Vernon County Fairgrounds in the Hanson Arena for the Pre-Fair Dog Agility Show!

Come watch a variety of talented dogs tackle the obstacle course and cheer on their junior handlers! 🏆🐕👏

Submit your favorite "Fair Story".

Be a part of an event that honors and celebrates the people, memories and traditions that makes the Vernon County Fair special.

Submissions will be reviewed and ranked by the Vernon County Fair Board.

The top five submissions will be read for everyone to enjoy on the Bob Frederick Free Stage on Sunday at 2:00 pm (the last day of fair).

A "Champion" and "Reserve Champion" will be selected, each will receive a special prize package.

All stories are due by Sept. 5th, 2026.

So if you need help with your entries or want if you want to pick up ride tickets, we will be at the FAIR OFFICE:
