🌟MMT SPOTLIGHT🌟

Leading up to our performances of Hello, Dolly!, we will be featuring our talented cast and production staff.

James Conger (Horace Vandergelder) is thrilled to be back with MMT and performing once again at Hibbing High School. He made his MMT debut last summer as Andrew Carnes in Oklahoma!, returning to the stage after a more than 29-year hiatus while serving in the Air Force. Since then, he has appeared as VJ in Bedlam in Cabin B and Junior in The Ice Fishing Play. James lives in Buhl with his wife, Kristian, and together they are the proud parents of Jacob and Hannah. James would like to thank Kristian for her love, patience, and support!

🌟MMT SPOTLIGHT🌟

Leading up to our performances of Hello, Dolly!, we will be featuring our talented cast and production staff!

Suzanne Dustrude Starr (Dolly) lives in Hibbing and is a stage veteran, with Mama Rose in Gypsy and Sonia Walsk in They're Playing Our Song among her highlights. She toured with a USO song and dance troupe after college and sang with local music and comedy trio Company B for 20 years. She says, "Dolly is an iconic character best played with some years under your belt, as the original character was written, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to bring her to life." She most recently has taken her love of acting to the big screen in movie productions shot on the Iron Range. Look for her in Loved One, Small Town Girl, Bigfoot Woods, and Shove Your Motivation. Suzanne recently retired from teaching college Sociology. She sends love and thanks to her family and friends for supporting live theater!
