Start your week off right!
We have 3 options for classes on Mondays:
Level 1: In level 1, we learn more advanced variations of intro moves, spins and transitions. We also work on climbing the pole and conditioning for inverts! This class is available as a drop-in OR a 4-week series.
Intro to Pole: New to pole? This is where you start! Explore pole dancing in a safe, supportive, fun environment - no experience necessary. This class guides you through the fundamentals: pivots, spins, waves, and slides around the pole. We’ll also condition for the strength & technique needed to climb the pole in level 1!
Roll & Recovery: This -all-levels class shifts the focus from traditional stretching to deep, intentional recovery through self-massage techniques. Think full-body myofascial release using foam rollers and lacrosse balls. We finish with grounding breath work and Savasana, allowing your nervous system to relax and integrate the work.
