IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Panther😻: SITTIN' SEXY: This chair dance class focuses on sharpening your choreography skills, as well as learning a sexy routine that you can take home and share with someone special! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat or knee pads. Barefoot, or have your heels handy.
- 7:15pm with Panther😻: HOT SEAT: This chair dancing class is a mix of grace, choreography, stamina, and strength training, along with a basic intro to chair acrobatics. Find countless ways to use a chair and floor for looking sexy and getting fit, while learning how to put different moves together to improve your freestyle chair dance skills! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat. Barefoot, socks with grip pads, or have your heels handy.
- 8:30pm with Panther😻: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.
IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Genie🧞♀️: POLE CONTROL: An all-level workout-based Pole class. Build endurance and tolerance for poles with this strength training and conditioning workout. Shorts, barefoot or socks; Yoga Mat.
- 7:15pm with Genie🧞♀️: POLE PLAY: This is Open Pole Practice with an Instructor present for guidance, support, and spotting. You should have taken at least a Poles Level 1 class so you have something to work on. Barefoot or heels; shorts and top; knee pads/knee sleeves optional.
- 8:30pm OPEN POLES: The Pole Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing pole maneuvers within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.). Barefoot or heels.

💲💲 REMINDER: Cancellation fees will apply whether or not the class is full. You must cancel via MindBody by 9am Monday thru Friday the day of your evening Pole or Fitness class, and by 9pm the night before any weekday Morning or Saturday class, or you will be charged a 25 fee. This applies to ALL Members and Non-Members. This allows girls on Waitlists the opportunity to attend in your place. Please alert us ASAP to cancel if you are feeling ill. Taking photos/videos during class is NOT allowed without permission of Instructor or Manager. Thank You!
