SUNDAY: A guy showed up for a recording session with his music on a CD. 😳 (I had to pull an old computer out of the closet)

He told a story about how he knows Rick Rubin from when they first started music and how Rick would play “It’s Yours” on a boombox while at NYU. (1984/1985)

And yes. . . His song sounded like he wrote it back then. 👴🏿

MONDAY: A young lady came in to record a new song. The chorus goes: “I’m a hoe, I’m a slut, im a freak!” 😳

Her 4 year old daughter went to the door of the booth while she was recording this trashterpiece and said, “mommy are you okay?” 🫣

This music world is something else. Let’s see what happens today. 🤷🏾
