With the school winding down, we know this year has been full of meaningful work. The Sandler Center Foundation is energized by what lies ahead. Over 16,000 students participated in our On the Road programs where arts education is brought directly to children who may not have access to the same creative opportunities.

In partnership with Virginia Beach City Public Schools, SCF leads the performing arts element by introducing students to the fundamentals of dance. Leveling the Performing Field is a great example of how we're creating a pathway for youth to explore the performing arts and have fun while learning.

Virginia Funders Network attendees got to know VB Town Center's early development history during a dining experience hosted by the Sandler Center Foundation, in collaboration with Central Business District Association. Thank you, Jeanne Evans-Cox and Gerald Divaris for spending the evening with us! We were also thrilled to have musicians from Symphonicity in the house.
