Smooth Grooves VB SGVB’s passion is sharing the amazing benefits of dance with the Hampton Roads community. Smooth Grooves VB is a dance fitness program and so much more!

We are a family of instructors and students from many different backgrounds. Our goal at SGVB is to share the wonderful mind/body benefits and overall JOY that dancing can give. Our passion is bringing different forms and styles of dance to the Hampton Roads community through classes, performances, and workshops. Moves 101: Beginner-Intermediate
This class is offered every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8

:00pm. This is an instructional class where 2 dances are taught, step by step, and then repeated for retention. The first 45 minutes are great for our first-time students, the second 45 minutes are a follow along format. Dance Grooves: Intermediate-Advanced
This class is offered every Thursday @ 6:45 pm and every Saturday @ 9:45am. It's all about getting lost in the music and finding your GROOVE! There are no instructions given besides basic hand motions to keep you moving in the right direction. This class will have you dancing to all styles music while getting a great cardio workout!
