Are you ready to take charge and lead one of the most exciting events of the season?

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and experienced Event Manager to step into a key leadership role for an upcoming music festival at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront — with potential for continued growth within our team.

This opportunity is open to both internal and external candidates, but priority will be given to current Event Staffing Inc. (ESI) employees who meet the qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
• Security or Event Management experience is required
• Must hold a current and active DCJS certification
• Must be available for in-person leadership during the upcoming music festival
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage logistics, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

For ESI Employees:
• Must have been with ESI for at least 2 years
• Must have worked multiple festivals with the company
• ESI employees who meet the above requirements will be given priority consideration

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing on-site teams and overseeing daily operations
• Coordinating scheduling, staffing, and real-time problem-solving
• Ensuring safety, efficiency, and an outstanding experience for both staff and guests
• Representing the company with confidence and leadership on-site

What’s going on with ESI? This seems to be the big question, and we are here to tell you the answers!

We are celebrating over 25 years of enhancing the fan experience in Virginia Beach and in the Hampton Roads area!! Spring is here and brighter and warmer days are ahead. As we gear up for peak outdoor event season, we're inviting you to join, or re-join, our team for some "hot fun in the summertime!".

ESI has an event-packed summer season full of music, arts festivals, and countless outdoor events throughout the southeast. There will be some old favorites returning, along with some new and exciting first-time acts to the area. From Something in the Water, to a rodeo on the beach, the days will be great, but “oh, those summer nights!”.
