Tired of seeing everyone’s ads in AI formats?

Do you miss having that human touch on your event flyers and ads that would stand out because they reflect the soul of your project (band, duo, standalone)?

Well, look no further. Mandi here!! I’m throwing it back to good ol’ human creativity. Reach out if you want something special and don’t have the time to put the work into designing that ad that will grab your audiences.

Thanks for your support, but I wanted to give you a little update. Construction on the building is delayed and here’s why.

Forgive the stuttering and the weird speech, I have been enjoying a little bit of time outside with a couple of beverages lol.

🛠️ HELP US BUILD 409 SOUTH STUDIOS 🛠️

Got leftover project or renovation materials that could be repurposed?

We’re officially starting to gather supplies as we begin bringing 409 South Studios to life—and instead of everything going to waste, we’d love to give those materials a second purpose.

This isn’t just a build… it’s a vision for a creative space for music, media, and community.

If you have extra materials sitting around—wood, drywall, flooring, fixtures, hardware, paint, or anything usable—we’d love to put it to work.

Let’s turn what’s left over into something powerful. 🎸

Interested in donating?
Shoot us a message—we’ll coordinate details and drop-off options.

This is just the beginning. And we’re building it together.

Big moment for the 409 South Studios family…

While we’ve had a slight delay in kicking off the building upgrades to make this a usable creative space, but the mission hasn’t slowed down for a second.

Our own Mandi Nichols is officially in the running for a side stage spot at the MMRBQ.

This is exactly what 409 is about—real artists, real stages, real opportunities.
