I had the chance yesterday to meet up with a FB friend that lives near and helps take care of Eveleigh boat ramp! Lerond Miller met me at the ramp and we immediately got to work showing our love to Rough River Lake! We pulled out two big construction barrels from the woods and a lot more around the parking lot! We were both soaked in sweat by the time we were done but a difference was made! Thank you Lerond for meeting up with me! 🙏💙🌎🙏 After cleaning up I went to the Grayson county fair and set up a table so I could educate others on the importance of keeping our planet clean! I gave away several pet rocks, which makes my heart so happy! 😍 And I met some amazing people while I was there of all different ages! After a couple of hours at the fair I decided to head back to Eveleigh and show a little more love before the sunset! All in all we were able to remove over 65 bags from Rough River Lake yesterday! It was a long and very hot day, but a difference was made and love was spread all over Grayson County! It was a pleasure to show my love and appreciation to our state and spend some time with some amazing people who care about the difference we are all trying to make! We believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and we are so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🙏🫶🌎💙🙏

That heat was relentless today.... I'm not sure if it was but it sure felt like the hottest day yet... That sun drained me but I made a difference in Grayson County today! 🌎🙏🤩🥵I believe in a Ckeaner Kentucky and I am so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🙏🤩🌎💙🙏

Every once in a while I come across a needle and if I don't have a sharps container I will secure it in a thick plastic or glass bottle! Then no one gets hurt or sick! I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky! 🙏🫶🌎💙🙏

Good morning friends! Come see me today at the Grayson County fair! I'll be set up with Public Trails Association of Grayson County and I'll be giving away free pet rocks! Excited to see and meet some of my Grayson County friends! 🫶 I'll be there for a couple of hours starting at 4 PM central time! Looking forward to it! I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky! 🙏💙🌎🫶🙏

I adventured to Rough River lake this week! It sure was hot out there but the scenery was still beautiful! 😍 I visited North Fork and walked the banks to the bridge. I expected the spot under the bridge to be in need of quite a bit of love but it was a lot cleaner than I had expected! That's a win and just proof of how many people are pitching in to make Rough River Lake better! 🤩🌎🙏 After North Fork I visited Peter Cave! Peter Cave was in need of quite a bit of love but there was still quite a bit less than my last visit! The heat was intense but I took it as a reason to dip in and enjoy the lake for a few minutes! 🥰 On hot days like the ones we've had this week, I am thankful to be near water more than ever.... that heat index will bring to reality just how precious our waterways are! I was grateful to be out there giving back a little! I was drinking plenty of water and taking breaks when needed but I was still soaked in sweat! 😅 I was able to remove 67 bags at Rough River Lake this week! That brings my new personal total to 38,038 bags removed from the state of Kentucky since March of 2023! 🙏 I hit 38,000 bags on this particular visit! 🤩 Another stepping stone in the right direction of my dream of A Cleaner Kentucky! 😍🌎💙😍 I'm so very grateful to be able to chase that dream every single day..... Thank you to everyone that makes that possible! 🙏🌎🫶🙏 I am funded by donations only and any and all contributions make it possible for me to do what I do! Forever grateful! 🙏🙏🙏 I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and I am so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🙏💙🌎💙🙏

This is how I know that A Cleaner Kentucky is making a difference! 🤩🌎🫶 I'm getting messages from friends that are cleaning up in Kenya! 🤩 We are making waves my friends and reaching places far and wide! Even other countries! Thank you to my friends in Kenya for making a difference too! 🙏🌎🤩🙏 We also believe in a Cleaner Kenya! These are the things that keep me going out day after day working hard to make Kentucky and our planet better! What an Incredible blessing?!?!? 😍🙏🌎

Want to know how I keep from getting heat exhaustion while I'm out on these scorching hot days?!?! I freeze water bottles and poor them in my boots and on my shirt too at times! I probably don't have the best smelling boots but it keeps me cool and I'm okay with that! 🤩🤣🤩 I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and I refuse to let a heat advisory keep me from my mission! Smelly boots or not! 😂😎🌎🫶

I've made a few trips to the Vine Grove DG lately and while I was there I noticed the little creek that runs between there and the car wash was in need of some love, so I stopped in and got to work! The creek was low but that made it easier to clean up! Beautiful little creek too! 😍 That heat is unforgiving this week so make sure you are staying hydrated! I've been carrying 2 bottles of water every time I leave the SUV. One frozen bottle so I can pour it on me when I get overheated too! I was able to remove 21 bags to this little creek in VG this week! That brings my new personal total to 37,981 bags removed from the state of Kentucky since March of 2023! 🙏 I am getting so close to that 38,000 bag mark! 🙏💙🌎 Anyone can help with this movement by taking a grocery bag with you on your next adventure and cleaning up just one bag of trash! Help A Cleaner Kentucky reach their goal of 5 million bags before the end of 2026! Every grocery bag makes a difference and leaves a Cleaner Kentucky for the generations to come! I believe in a Cleaner Kentucky and I am so very grateful to those that believe in that too! 🙏🌎🙏
