Now that "Urinetown" has closed, we’re celebrating the incredible craftsmanship behind the costumes that helped bring this world to life.

With countless quick changes, every detail was designed to snap together seamlessly—police uniforms were cleverly built as jumpsuits, jewelry was sewn directly into the garments, and there was extensive building, rigging, and distressing throughout. Huge shoutout to our Costume Shop for so many completely original creations. We’re proud of the craftsmanship behind every stitch.

Kudos to the incredible work of the folks in our Scene Shop, led by Technical Director Jacob Rothermel. With a stunning set design by Parris Bradley, this was the tallest and widest set of the season—featuring four locations on a 22-foot turntable that rotated a full 180 degrees, plus a second level. From the false proscenium and aqueduct to flying flats, scaffolding, and more, the craftsmanship and engineering behind this build were nothing short of magnificent. Bravo to the entire team who brought this world to life!

As we wrap up "Urinetown," we’re filled with gratitude for so many who made this production possible: Director Terry Guerin, Music Director Peter Hilliard, Scenic Designer Parris Bradley, Lighting Designer Jerold R.
