Meet Carter Carver — the very first hire of Main Street Food Hall! 👋

And this kid has been putting in the WORK. 💪

Since we started the tenant builds, Carter has done a little bit of everything:

🧹 Cleaning up after contractors every single day
🌱 Water-sealing and planting bushes
🔌 Crawling under the building and checking on things
🧼 Cleaning toilets (yes… somebody has to do it 😂)
🛠️ Helping with countless little projects that nobody else sees

And today? You’ll find him mopping floors and getting the Food Hall ready for opening.

Building something from the ground up takes a LOT of work, and we’re proud to have Carter as part of the team. He hasn’t been afraid to get his hands dirty and do whatever needs to be done.

Real photos of real work happening at the food market! Our food vendors are working together with the proper government departments to get the approvals and construction completed. These are tiny spaces converted into kitchens so everything is a little tighter and more complex to execute. We really appreciate your patience and as you can see, it FOR REAL will be open this fall!!!

Villa Rica, We are not going to make the gold rush festival but there is hard work happening at the Main Street Food Market and our vendors are doing everything they can to satisfy applications, inspections and food service requirements. Yummy food coming soon! The breeze on the roof was AMAZING today!

P.S. security cameras active. No trespassing allowed. Nonsmoking on the roof. Don’t worry we’ll be open for rooftop views soon 😉

I’m incredibly proud to share a HUGE milestone for Main Street Food Market — we reached 100% occupancy before opening our doors!

As the Leasing Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work with these restaurant entrepreneurs as the lineup came together, and I truly believe we have created something special for Villa Rica.

This was never just about filling eight spaces. It was about finding the right mix of local entrepreneurs and unique concepts that complement one another and bring variety, heart and really great food to our community.

And we did it. ❤️

Eight spaces. Eight unique concepts. 100% leased — before opening!

I’m so excited to watch these business owners bring their concepts to life and to see Main Street Food Market become a gathering place for Villa Rica and the surrounding communities.

I’m incredibly proud to share a HUGE milestone for Main Street Food Market — we reached 100% occupancy TODAY!

As the Leasing Manager, I’ve had the opportunity to work with each of these restaurant entrepreneurs as this lineup came together, and I truly believe we have created something special for Villa Rica.
