I have a handful of Downtown Additions to share - starting with this afternoon’s buntings for Aldridge Collectibles.

They requested the bottom half of their displays remain visible - so these felt like the perfect way to accent the top portion of paintable window. 🇺🇸

It doesn’t seem possible that it’s time to vote again… but I’m thrilled to share that Libby Jo Art Studio was nominated for The News-Gazette’s 2026 People’s Choice Awards in the “Art Gallery” category, under “Arts & Entertainment.”

Voting opened up today! The referrals & opportunity that came from this recognition last year meant so much to me as a small business. I am appreciative of anyone taking the time to share & to vote again.

I’m in the thick of window & mural season - but now that the graduate & his family have had a chance to share… I had the recent honor of creating this hand-illustrated artwork capturing Kyle's journey and his time at Wheaton College.

I think the beauty in a custom piece like this is that it captured an experience - not just generic monuments of a college… This captures where he lived all 4 years, his dining hall, favorite restaurants, where most of his classes were, the sports he played - including the pitch, press box, & scoreboard (customized with the year, and his best game!)

It's a gift & keepsake I hope he treasures for a lifetime. Thank you for the honor of working with you and your family again, Cheri. You have so much to be proud of. 🧡💙

Yesterday’s project: doors for Family Worship Center - with a request for a stained glass look. ⛪️

The majority of the lines that you see through this design are actually just negative space of the glass itself (*see the last photo*) so when the sun shines through the glass on Sunday mornings - the congregation will see a beautiful design from the inside too. The last photo is the design as viewed from the inside.
