CAMARGO:We need help!

Our Peace Meal program runs on volunteers. We need warm, reliable people who can commit to delivering meals on a regular route — typically 2 hours (11-1p) on Wednesday and Friday for the Camargo portion of route!
The site supervisor goes with the volunteers for the 1st time to meet the clients and understand the route.
All you need is a reliable vehicle, clear background (no felonies) and a desire to help. You will be reimbursed mileage, but this is an unpaid position.

Monthly Euchre on Wed 7/8, 2-4pm $1 fee.

AND the St Jude Runs Euchre Tournament will be held at the ZFL Center on Sat 7/11 from 4-7:30pm. $10 donation to play. They are also having a silent auction!
Come join us and help support a great cause!

Melanie Brooks, representing Peace Meal and Zest for Life Center, provided an update on her activities. With over two decades of experience working with seniors, including five years at Peace Meal, Melanie reported that her organization delivered 6649 meals to local residents aged 60 and above over the past year. These deliveries also served as wellness checks for homebound individuals. You are invited to join Melanie for lunch at Zest for Life Center, Monday through Friday, from 12:00 to 12:15, at a cost of $4.00. In addition to her role at Zest for Life Center, Melanie offers numerous free weekly activities for seniors. The center is available for rent at $60 for a half-day or $120 for a full day. We appreciate Melanie's visit and informative presentation.
