I really hate to be this person but I lost a potential customer earlier this morning because she was messaging me about renting an inflatable at 2 this morning. That is uncalled for. I have 2 babies that sleep in my room and will wake up and scream if their sleep gets disturbs. It also disturbs mine and my husbands sleep bc we get scared that it may be friends/family with an emergency texting at that hour. I shouldn’t have to explain why it’s inappropriate to message at that hour. I try to be professional when it comes to my little business and I want my customers happy but all I ask is to show some common courtesy, I don’t mind replying between the hours of 8am to 5pm. If it’s earlier or later I will not reply and if I get messages at crazy times of the night, I’m willing to lose that customer and block them. Again, I’m sorry I have to be that person but if you don’t show consideration over messaging at that time, how can I be sure you’re going to be considerate and responsible when you’re using my property? Anyway....
