VTX Art & Music Walk is back in Town & Country Shopping Center!

We are super excited that Waterwell Cafe will be open & joining us as an artist location. 🎨🎉

On August 29, 2026, from 5-8pm, Five Points Museum of Contemporary Art will host the opening of a new exhibition of paintings by Elizabeth Payne that span decades of her career spent in New York, California, and South Texas.

Payne’s work ranges from geometric hard-line abstraction from the 1970s to intensely colorful landscapes and portraits, many of which depict South Texas in intimate detail, mixing abstraction with representation. Her work can defy easy categorization, however the thread that runs through her work is an eye for beauty in myriad subjects and a grasp of color that presents the viewer with a new ways to view the ordinary.

The opening reception, Saturday, August 29th, will feature live entertainment and light refreshments from 5-8PM.
