Lupine, sagebrush, and arrow leaf balsam root!

I designed this one to look like a wildflower covered hillside and I love how it turned out.

It's available in my shop (link in bio)

It's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've been working away, making as much pottery as I can and planning out my year. I'm planning on a busy summer of art fairs, but for now I have a lot of works in progress that are for a shop update that I'm planning for the middle of April.

I'm working on a shop restock! A lot of these are already listed, some of them I'll get to by the end of the day.

If you are in my area (anywhere from Weiser over to Boise) and you're interested in purchasing multiple pieces, or especially the larger items I have available, contact me to see if we can do a local pickup before buying. I might be able to get you a bit of a discount plus save us all the stress of dealing with shipping.

I'm so happy with how everything from the last couple kiln loads turned out. While most of the summer was amazing, I had a pretty bad time as far as firing success rates go. It was my main goal this fall to work on my glazes to get more consistent results. So far, I couldn't be happier! I reworked the chemistry on some, switched ingredients in others, and checked and double checked the specific gravity on everything. I had planned on doing multiple shop restocks in the fall after my last one in September, and here we are! The first one in over two months!

I'm working on getting as many photos taken and listings made as I can before the weekend. These three mugs (the last two pics are of the same one) are some of my favorites I've made this year!

The fall took an unexpected turn and I don't keep my online shop as full as I had planned. Moving forward, I will likely only have a few big shop restocks per year as I work towards doing more in person shows. I'll have quite a lot to share this time around though! And I'm so excited for you all to see it!

It's been a while since I've made these! I only made 7 sets this time around, but I'm planning to have them in my regular rotation for a while since they're so fun to work on!

July has been beautiful 🩵
Full of days talking to hundreds of people and weeks talking to very few.
Desperately trying to avoid sun burn and succeeding about half the time.

I tested new shelving for my booth (that I designed and built) and it was a huge success. I got to meet many new friends and reconnect with old ones. So many of my pieces found new homes and I'm very greatful for everyone who stopped by my booth at both fairs!

And the camping! I'm sorry about all the cat pictures, but also not sorry at all because Maggie in the woods living her best life will never get old for me! We found some beautiful spots that were exactly what I'd hoped for when I thought about camping in my bus.

Now, I'm back home to make as much pottery as I can before my next art fair- August 15th-17th back in Jackson Hole. I can't wait to be back!
