"It's always exciting to receive an award from a festival, but when it comes from a cinema-loving global audience, it's profoundly moving.
Thank you to everyone around the world who watched, connected with, and voted for my film, it's truly heartwarming.
It proves that when a story comes from the heart, it can touch anyone, anywhere.
I'm deeply grateful to MANHATTAN SHORT for believing in our film and for making this incredible journey possible, Special thanks to Nicholas Mason, whose subtle yet brilliant suggestion for the film's ending made a huge impact."

And more than that I am beyond proud and beyond happy that Henrianne Jansen won Best Actor! She was so dedicated to the project and although this being her first role, she was amazingly professional. I truly hope we can turn Beyond Silence into a feature film. A huge thank you to Nick, whose vision and dedication made this festival possible — shining a light on indie filmmakers everywhere."
