“I need to get out of the house more.”
Okay…but where?
Somewhere you can actually DO something. Somewhere you can come by yourself without feeling weird about coming by yourself. Somewhere you don't have to already know everyone in the room.
That's what we're building with our seasonal "Maker Tables" in Madison.
We bring the projects, materials, tools and ideas. You pick what catches your eye, pull up a chair, and make.
There's no step-by-step class to keep up with and no pressure to make yours look like anyone else's. We'll be right there at the table too—showing you the techniques, answering questions and helping whenever you need us. You're creating independently, but you're definitely not on your own.
We're gathering around a table, working with our hands, talking, laughing, borrowing ideas and spending an evening somewhere other than home.
Come with a friend if you want.
But you don't need to bring someone in order to belong at the table.

Mature teens through adult women
**$15 includes TWO projects + all materials**
Stay and make both, or make one with us and take the other home. Running late or need to leave early? That's okay too. This is supposed to be something to look forward to—not another thing to stress over.
