Joling's Annual Rock n Roll Corn Fest

Joling's Annual Rock n Roll Corn Fest An annual outdoor music event. This is an event for people that enjoy live music & corn. Corn Fest is a non-profit music event. Thanks
Corn Fest Management

IT is funded by private sponsors and donations. Corn Fest has never made a profit or even come close to break even. We strive to bring good music every year, but it takes money. So we do ask for donations that goes towards next years festival. In the event that for some reason we did make money after expenses, we will donate the proceeds to a local charity. Please help us make Corn Fest better and donate whatever you think is fair so we can continue to keep this a free event.

Hanging out with Double Threat at Hollyrocks Bar Saturday. They will be playing the Friday night of Cornfest this year.
Next Friday, we're heading over to Rookies Sports Bar & Grill in Stevens Point to see another one of our CF bands, Through Crimson. They are new to CF and we're excited to have them on board.

Now that the lineup is complete, John abd Dean take a break and to check out the Wreking Crue in the Dells last Saturday. They're a national Motley Crue tribute. It's back to planning CF after this.

Twenty years ago, John had a small party. It was pretty much a few friends, bunch of beer and a stereo system. It slowly grew into roasting some corn and having karaoke and a band and it was dubbed as CornFest.
Then 10yrs ago, John and Dean met. John is a big fan of rock music and Dean is a rock musician and they became friends. Dean eventually got involved with CornFest and between the 2 of them, it turned into a small day and a half community event.
This year, we're celebrating 20 years of rocking the corn field at John's house and we're planning on rocking it hard again this year. We have bands coming in from all around WI, MN and TN. There's more bands playing this year. Five bands are new to CornFest and the rest have been here before. We will be posting a lot more about the bands and CornFest every month up till party day.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!...yeah, we know that is old news now. But we've been busy working on CornFest 2026. We're getting pretty stoked about the lineup and we think you will too. We'd love to tell you, but then we'd have to....well, we won't go down that road.

Seriously, it's going to be a fun one. What we can tell you is that we've increased the music for our 20yr party. All the mainstage slots have been increased to 2 hour slots and the side stage will be full bands as well. Our only soloist will be on Friday night during the fishfry then followed by a kickass band. Music will start at noon on Saturday. That means 12hrs of non-stop rock-n-roll from different eras. We have different bands doing stuff from the 70's/80s, alternative 90s grunge, rocked up blues, originals, etc. We have bands coming in from all over Wisconsin, Minnesota and Tennessee. We hope to make an announcement before the end of this month. It's going to be huge and it's going to ROCK!

The CornFest management didn't take too long of a break before working on changes and the lineup for next year. We figured sense it's going to be our 20yr anniversary, that we should maybe do a little more and that's what we're going to do. Most changes you won't even notice and are behind the scenes things. But we'll let you know about some of them once we get them worked out.
The biggest thing will be that there will be more music. We're basically adding an hour on each end of the day. CornFest 2026 will be 12hrs from noon till midnight.
The only thing we can say right now is it's going to be huge! We have some great bands lined up and the headliner will be even bigger. We only have a couple music slots to fill yet and then we'll make the big announcement.

Hey all you CFr's....We just wanted to let you know that we've already been working hard on getting bands lined up for next year. We're halfway done with that. I sure wish I could tell you but that wouldn't be any fun.
We are planning on making some changes. Every year we like to make a few adjustments to make the CF experience a little nicer. As you may remember, it was a little chilly for CF 2025. It was coldest we had ever been. So with that in mind, besides the fire, we'll be adding a few patio heaters around CF grounds just in case this happens again. Also, next year will 20yrs of John doing CF and we're going to add more music. We try to get really good bands and we are increasing the mainstage time slots. So that means we're going to have live music from 12pm to 12am. That's 12 hours of non-stop music on the Saturday of Cornfest.
We used to have 2 soloists on Friday evening, but last time, we decided to have a band on Friday and it went over great. So, we'll have a soloist during the Fish Fry and then party hard with a band after that.
We're still working on the music and hope to have an awesome headliner. We decided to up the ante and try to get a bigger act. I can't tell you anymore other than we're negotiations at the moment. We'll see if we can afford it. It's all about $$ which brings me to the next subject.
We can't thank our sponsor enough. Without them, this ould not keep getting better and we ask you like their pages and or patronize their business is you can. Also, if you know anyone that loves music and would like to be a sponsor, please have them get in touch with us. We plan on making some changes in that dept as well.
