Refunds and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a game at any time prior to 4 hours in advance of your game.

A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.

A cancellation fee of 25% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.

No Alcohol

In order to allow each of our guests to have a great experience during their Escape, we do not allow alcohol on the property. If any team member of a group shows up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will not be allowed to play. The game will not be rescheduled and no refund will be issued.

Arrive 15 minutes early

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation, so that you can be briefed before you begin your escape mission. Arriving late will put your reservation in jeopardy. The game will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be given. Thank you for helping us keep the games playing on schedule.

Booking Information

Payment is due at time of booking. Online bookings cannot be made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time. To check availability you can book over the phone.

Price and Hours

60-minute experiences are $25 per person. Children age 6 and under are free. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult in the escape room. Children between the ages of 15-17 can play in the room but must be signed in by a parent.

Privacy

Each of our experiences is private regardless of the size of your group.
