What an honor to spend last week performing "Cuentos" for all of the first graders in Newark! We brought 6 performances to 3 different high schools throughout the city 🌳

Say what up to Danny Sims!

Danny is a New Jersey–based actor, director, and teaching artist who brings stories to life both on stage and in the classroom. Some of his favorite Pushcart Players shows include Stone Soup & Other Stories, The Velveteen Rabbit, A More Perfect Union, and A Season of Miracles.

A graduate of Montclair State University, Danny serves as the Director of Creative Vision and a creative board member for The Actors Studio of NJ. He’s performed at theaters across the state and beyond. Including one of his favorites, Alaska!
Through his work with Pushcart Players and other arts organizations, Danny is passionate about making arts education accessible and impactful for people of all ages!

Say what up to Oscar and Phebes!

Oscar is a graduate of Kean University with a B.A. in Theatre, and is a founding member of The Theatre Project. Oscar also performs throughout NYC with Peculiar Works Productions.

Phebe is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama and has been with Pushcart since 2004. Phebe is also a member of the Indianapolis Shakespeare Company and a frequent performer at Indianapolis' Phoenix Theatre. An avid vintage toy and game collector, Phebe owns the Museum of Nostalgia in Queens, New York.

Oscar and Phebe currently perform together in Cuentos Del Árbol and Stone Soup!
