Remember this piece? This is after it healed.

He decided he wanted to add color to the moons,so I accommodated and I also added some gentle shading to accentuate the runes to set it up for future additions, and give the overall piece a little more substance.

Lobes with Threadless Titanium jewelry featuring 1 set of princess cut CZ and one smaller pair of round prong set CZ.

Her original placement for her lobes done by spmeone else was off a pretty significant amount. She wanted me to go over some options for correcting or minimizing the appearance of the uneven piercings. We decided on adding offset piercings to make each side match; staggered double lobes. As such, these double lobes are closer together than we would typically pierce them and will require future jewelry to fall within certain guidelines to stay healthy and aesthetically pleasing. She ultimately decided to move forward with adding piercimgs to mirror either side.

She has plans for third lobes in the future, so we measured and plotted out the third holes to ensure everything was properly planned and measured for down the road after her lobes healed.

Anti-Tragus featuring implant grade internally threaded bent barbell. This was slightly tricky placement considering her existing lobe piercings, but we nestled this anti-tragus right between her first two lobes so when she switches to a hoop, it will have a nice snug wrap that will fit perfectly in the middle of the two lobe piercings to fill that space and avoid crowding the other piercings.

Everyone's anatomy is different, and if you add existing piercings to navigate it helps having an experienced piercer capable of making sure you have the absolute best outcome for your projects.

So glad we were able to help our new friend here with making her ideas a reality in a feasible way that will look and heal appropriately. ♥️
