Self Compassion Affirmations
I am perfectly capable.
I don’t need to second guess myself.
I trust that I make the best decisions possible.
Change is hard, so I’ll go easy on myself when going through it.
I am allowed to be kind and gentle toward myself.
I would never be hateful toward myself as a child, so why would I treat my adult self any different?
I respect myself just the way I am.
Spending time with myself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
I know myself best, so I can make the best choices for myself.
I am showing up for myself today.
I am proud of the person I’m becoming.
I am letting go of all societal expectations.
I appreciate the person I am.
It’s okay to feel whatever it is I’m feeling.
I deserve to treat myself with the same compassion I give to others.

Self love heals my inner wounds.
Believing in myself will get me far.
The more I practice self compassion affirmations, the more they will become second nature.

I love my body for all it can do for me.
I love my brain for all the things it’s gotten me through.
I am resilient and powerful.
I embrace myself completely.
I deserve to pay attention to myself.
I honor myself and my needs.

Everyone has flaws and I accept mine.
I am gentle with myself when things go wrong.
My shortcomings do not define me.
Criticizing myself has no place in my life.

I don’t need to seek external validation.
I am doing SO well.
Even when I’m going through a rough
patch, I am worthy of self love and compassion.
I can take things one step at a time.
I don’t have to have it all figured out.
I release the expectation of being perfect.
