The Vermillion Community Theatre is the home of amateur theatre in Vermillion, South Dakota. VCT takes pride in mounting ambitious productions that draw upon the enthusiasm and rich talent pool that runs throughout our community. We strive to include everyone who wants to be involved, whether on stage or off, and to do that in an uplifting and educational way. No matter what your age is or whether you have theatre experience or not, VCT has a place for you.

One of the most magical parts of Disney's "The Little Mermaid" is watching our cast soar, swim and seemingly defy gravity.🧜‍♀️✨

While the magic looks effortless from the audience, it takes an incredible team behind the scenes to make it happen safely. A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer fly operators and ZFX Flying Effects for helping our actors take flight with confidence and care.

And much gratitude to our donors, especially the Jacob and Shelby Quail Family, for turning our flying dreams into reality!
