Hey Langley Light Show family 👋

We've been quiet for a bit, and you deserve an honest update.

Last year's show was a tough one behind the scenes. A lot of the lights didn't hold up to the weather the way we hoped, and we're still working through what needs to be replaced - and what that's going to cost. And we're not going to rush into something just to put on a half-baked display. That’s not our style.

So as of right now, both the Halloween and Christmas shows are still up in the air. We're being realistic about time and budget, and we want to get it right before we commit. As soon as we know something, you'll know something.

In the meantime - we're still here, still thinking about it, and still grateful you haven't wandered off. 😄 If you've been a fan of the show, drop a comment and let us know. It truly helps fuel the motivation to make this happen.

Merry Christmas from the Langley Family 🎄✨

This year has reminded us just how much light matters.

2025 brought big changes and plenty of challenges for our family — stepping into new ventures, navigating unexpected life moments, and learning how to keep moving forward even when things felt uncertain. There were firsts we’ll always cherish, hard decisions that stretched us, and seasons that tested our faith and resilience.

One of those chapters included saying goodbye to our first home — the house that hosted the Langley Family Light Show for six unforgettable years. Over the past few weeks, we poured a lot of heart (and elbow grease!) into getting it ready for its next family. While that chapter has closed, the memories — and the meaning behind this light show — remain very much alive.

This light show has always been about more than decorations. It’s about joy, community, tradition, and choosing hope — especially when the year has been heavy.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, and shared in the magic over the years. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

We’re trusting what God has planned for our family in 2026, and we look forward to continuing to share light wherever we can.

I’m trying! I finally have a day to work on the light show. And I have a long list to work through.

Sorry everyone, I’m still not able to fix the issues going on with the Langley Light Show. Higher priories havw been in the way as we are in the process of preparing our previous house for sale at 8373 Wabash St.
I just finished laying wood-like flooring planks. And We’ll be having it painted with now zero-scape landscaping. Plus updated lighting and bathroom.
