For just $5, comics get 5 minutes of stage time to test new jokes, try something wild, or just work the mic. Whether you're performing or just want to soak up the laughs, it’s a fun, low-pressure night of comedy. Sign-ups at 7:30pm, show starts at 8!

The open mic will be located at 2750 East Main Street in Ventura. Once you enter the building make sure to follow the signs for the Annex!

Our Final Friday Jam Show is HERE ONCE AGAIN!

That's right! It's that magical time when Jest Improv brings a whole new team to jam with a fellow fantastic improv troupe in the Ventura County area!! This show will be featuring the return of Sellout Club and coming back to the Jam stage is The Grand Zero😁 It's gonna be quite a night of comedy bringing all these teams together and see them work their improv magic on the Bunker stage, along with mixing everyone up in the second half to play some hilarious Short Form games off the Wheel of Wonders!

Jest Improv’s improvised game show, Conspiraganza, is BACK this Friday for the perfect show to bring yo mama to!

This live improvised game show features the best “competitive” improv comedy in Ventura County! Two teams will be formed to play short form games based on the theme of propaganda: delivering the best fake truth they can!

With your audience suggestions they’ll spin the truth to bring YOU comedy gold, and we’ll see which team wins in the end to get the grand prize!

This Summer Learn How to Write & Perform your Own Sketches in this Program!

Jest Improv is proud to present it's very own Sketch 101 Comedy program! This program is open to all skill levels, so whether you already have a portfolio or you've never written a sketch before, this program is for you!

This course will be an introduction to the Jest Improv philosophy on sketch comedy, specifically using "the game" to write short comedic scenes. You will get the opportunity to learn how to write different styles of sketches, how to re-write and get notes back from your instructor to craft a well polished sketch.

This program will be starting in July AND there will only be 12 spots available so make sure to check out jestimprov.com/sketch101 and get your spot while it's still available!
