Our first full team competition of the season was one for the books. WOW! Watching all your dances on stage for the first time was amazing. The hard work and passion was shinning through you all. We couldn’t be more proud. Your energy and story telling was brought to life onstage and it was so special to see it recognized. Congrats to you all! 👏🏼

What we loved the most about the weekend was the memories we all made. The love, support and fun backstage moments with your dance family is what you will always remember, not the trophies. We watched as you piled in the wings to cheer each other on, we watched as you told your teammates kind words of encouregment before they took the stage, we watched as you embraced them in the biggest hugs when they were finished, we watched you stay or come back to support your friends (after 6:30AM call times), we watched you backstage sitting together laughing, being goofy and bonding, we watched the love and support from your parents and heard positive kind words all weekend. We are so proud of this beautiful dance family 💕 We can’t wait to do it all again.

Platinum Plus, 3rd overall Senior Solo, Dancer of the Year Nominee and 12 and over Battle Finalist with her solo. After competing in all 12 and up she was awarded second runner up! Way to go Lillie! She also renewed her apprenticeship with Platinum for the 3rd time! Congrats on a great weekend! ✨

WOW!! What an amazing start to the season!!

We took some solos and 6 routines to this past weekend and these dancers killed it! 💫

First overalls, category winners, special awards, diamonds and top Senior routine from the entire competition 👏🏼

We also had 17! dancers get called back from scholarship auditions 😍 Our dancers received scholarships, dancer of the weekend runner ups and dancer of the weekend!!!

We were also honored to receive the first teacher of the weekend award! WOW! 🥹

Watching everyone in classes and take the stage this past weekend was so special! We saw the hard work, passion and love for one another. You represented SCDA so beautifully and we are so proud of all of you!! 💕

Special shout out to the parents for allowing your children to take part in this art and supporting them, as well as us. Thank you! 👏🏼

Side note- was celebrating their 25th season and reversed it’s ours ✨

Studio is back open after the hurricane and we are lucky to have Liz Borom with us this week! Kids came back yesterday excited to dance with her!

Classes will resume Monday October 14th.

Thankfully the studio only suffered minimal damage during hurricane Milton. Our power was restored and we are ready to get back to dancing! We hope and pray everyone stayed safe during the storm. If any of our dance families need anything in this time please don’t hesitate to reach out💗

Emmi will be attending Marymount Manhattan College in New York and working for a BFA in dance with a concentration in choreography.

Kei is attending the CLI Conservatory in Massachusetts under the direction of Teddy Forance.
