When I sell a 🏑 home, I think of it as MY home and what can I do to make the home stand out...to show the best of the home...to get it noticed.

Today, I was 😒 sad when I walked through a beautiful home that was vacant and it felt that way. No warm hug feel but an ew, icky feel.

Count how many you have.
