Today was beautiful!!
This is our view here at Applegate Regional Theatre, Inc. (ART, Inc.)
Seth was able to get main posts braced and ready for concrete even 1 poured. I was able to finish sealing and staining all the material for the main stage. Bands are starting to talk about who’s sharing what and my good friend David Freie is in town to help a novice out with some cord and use of my new software. Overall win for the day.
Tomorrow the last of the orders go in for materials so next week should be building the stairs and stem wall for the cover.

8th Readers Theatre presents “Mothers” 3-4:30PM
Donation only at the website Applegate Regional Theatre, Inc. (ART, Inc.)or gate.
Moms get 1 raffle ticket at entry. Family members can purchase additional tickets for $5.
5:00PM- 8:00 PM Karaoke all ages with Breezy Bee Productions $10 per car that stays after theater production $15 for new arrivals. More door prizes here for the Mammas out there.
This event will not currently have vendors bring a cooler.

May 29th
Charming Tempest and guests 3-6 PM
$20 per car 75 car limit
A huge supporter of Applegate’s concert birth year and an up and coming artist everyone should experience.
Find her on YouTube for a sneak peak or for info on how to purchase this singer songwriters first album release in 2020.
6-9PM Karaoke with Breezy Bee Productions $10 for those staying on after concert $15 for new arrivals.
Singer has 25 ft space between them and audience so you may sing unmasked in a beautiful setting on a full stage.

You can reserve your space for these events in advance by contacting Applegate.
Please note- there will be no smoking on the fields even in your car. There will be several designated smoking areas in the gravel and paved areas.

Low fees for your own outdoor booth to clear out your treasures.
Bet your bottom dollar I’ll be there with all kinds of goodies. I’ll probably have to have music too. 😎

Well our May 1st slot for outdoor karaoke is fully booked.

Here are more dates to plan for:

May 8th Applegate Regional Theater will produce a short readers Theater entitled “Mothers” 3-4;30
This production is a by donation entry
You can pre donate at the website for Applegate Regional Theater or pay at the gate- limited space for May Events suggests reserving a spot early.
We will also have several Mother’s Day raffle prizes
15 -20 karaoke spots open from 5-830
Pre register and purchase a spot by messaging Bre Strop $10 per car and we will also have some Morher’s Day Baskets to raffle.
Both events are currently being your own food and beverage we will update as vendors sign on.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in main viewing areas and designated areas will be provided.
Each event this year is subject to change due to changing state guidelines and situations for covid.
Social distancing is required. Wearing a mask while moving through public areas is still required.
We will have enough space and protocols for singers to be unmasked.
We thank you for your support and cooperation.
The Events listed for May 8th are separate events but if you attend both you have prime placement of your vehicle for both.

Today we cleaned up our stage and cord rugs and prepped the work area for delivery. Found the moles had refilled 2 of our post holes
Made pre arrangements for bamboo cutting to build parking barriers and vegetation wall behind corn plots.
Secured provider of more perlite for seedlings to be separated and hardened off for on site garden.
Secured a 4’ tiller this weekend to prep spot and some chips and the finest poops to feed said plants.
Set up 2 55 gallon barrels for irrigating said plants weekly with the truck.
Finished the camping and the karaoke schedule- now to post and pre book those.
Camp spots will be half off with a 4 hour volunteer block.
I think we actually have every Saturday booked through October.
All leave room for 3 hour post show karaoke 4th of July we will have 2 blocks of karaoke well before fireworks start around the area.
Ow to organize my brain and get more vendors on board.

Wow there is so much to tell you.
First I didn’t think we could manage it but we finally have the lumber order on the way and though it’s not the grand lodge I had in mind it’s a roof.
We have just about every Saturday booked with live entertainment and I found my friends are still around as I pull the last of the soundstage together.
In the next few days I’ll be posting the schedule. The people that helped make our few last year are helping to make many and Lane county you are rich beyond measure.
In June we are returning to Barn Light on Thursdays and I’m hoping Agate and perhaps Corny won’t be far behind.
Feels like the FTL is almost operational 🤗. We can jump soon. ❤️
