2026 brings a big first for EnJoy founder, Kevin Joyce. He debuted a keynote on the new project “Non-Artificial Intelligence: Human’s flourishing in a AI driven world” with Seattle Study Club in Scottsdale this January.

What is Non-AI, you ask? Kevin’s newest body of work is a caution and a call forward: to strengthen those human capacities that make ethics, creativity, and wise engagement with technology possible—presence, empathy, intuition, imagination, critical thinking, and the ability to make meaning together.

This framework is delivered not through theory alone, but through designed experience: workshops, keynotes, and immersive activations that blend neuroscience insights on stress and cognition, organizational psychology, teamwork, moral discernment, movement, and improvisation, all punctuated with humor and deep engagement.

The first month of the year was tumultous, and fast paced. As we step into a new month, it feels appropriate to share some stories, encouragement, and fun news. We hope you'll follow along with us. These photos show us backstage with flowers for the cast and crew on the final show of Teatro ZinZanni ,and with 'The Godfather', longtime greeter Joe Toro. This the interactive dinner show extravaganza has been such a part of our professional and personal lives for almost 30 years. TZ ended its legendary run mid-January. Our hearts and our enduring gratitude go out to the whole TZ family – scores of the finest artists, dreamers and creators we have ever known. Thank you, Norm and Jane Langill, for your genius and powerful capacity over all these years. Today is the shortest day of the year. For event producers, it feels like a race!

The to-do lists are long, the calendar is full, and the finish line is in sight. In moments like this, we go into triage mode: pulling the next task from the hat, focusing on one thing at a time, even as it feels like all the bells are ringing at once, trying to pull our attention away.

So how do we cope with the intensity of the holiday season?
We come back to our values.

We bring JOY. Loving what we do, and having thirty years experience doing it, keeps our hearts steady. Even on the busiest days of the year.

This week we’re sharing a little sparkle from our holiday season with Nordstrom. Our EnJoy Elves were out in full force. We brought character activations to life with the kind of precise costuming, improvisation, and heart that make this work so joyful.

Our fluffy hats are off to the hardworking retail specialists who make holiday magic look effortless. We witnessed it all! And what an honor it was to employ some of Seattle’s finest performers through the season. Watching them transform costumes into characters, and characters into connection, is the best part of what we do.

Here’s to more whimsy, and more partnerships that let us bring delight to the public, one smile at a time.

What a joy to co-host Landesa’s Bridgerton Ball at the Fairmont Olympic alongside our dear friend Tiernan Madorno This Regency-inspired evening a themed celebration in support of Landesa’s global mission for land rights, equity, and lasting change.

And yes… that is Julia Quinn in the photo with Kevin. The brilliant author behind Bridgerton brought a reminder of the power of stories to connect us. Plus, she's charming and funny to boot, Lady Whistledown approved!
