Quartermaster Press Printmaking Cooperative and Teaching Space

Quartermaster Press Studio is a collective of artists that produces etchings, aquatints, intaglios, linocuts, collagraphs, monotypes and monoprints using a shared etching press and studio on Vashon Island. Our mission is to spread the word that contemporary printmaking is alive and well--full of creativity, experimentation and inventiveness. We want to share our understanding of graphic esthetics

and our knowledge of techniques We want to promote the use of prints in publications and to encourage the collecting of prints by individuals and institutions.
